Maybe, maybe not. It's possible that they could have rethemed it, but it's also possible that they could have been testing the concept to either move FoF and retheme it or just building a new one with that theme elsewhere.

It's also possible they merely wanted to stoke thoosies' imaginations, and get Internet rumors started!
