I apologize once again for the lack of posting the countdown as my schedule has been very hectic lately. Since we are 2 weeks away, I will try to post as much as possible. With that being said, this is your 2 week warning that the gates at Kings Island will finally open for the first time on Opening Day!! The offseason has really flown by like it always has! Apologies for not starting the countdown lately. My schedule has been so hectic lately I really have had no time to do it. Sorry I missed yesterday!! The days are getting colder and colder. Snow begins to cover the grounds. But here's a warm and fuzzy thought! We're getting closer to Opening Day at Kings Island!! 89 days to be exact!! (Disclaimer: These photos that I will be posting are photos that I have taken myself and these edits are mine as well. If at anytime I don't use a photo that belongs to me, I will cite the source.) Edit: I just realized I put 4/18/16 instead of 4/16/16 Banshee, feeling ashamed.

(Let's try this again...) So I decided to bring back the countdown. We are 91 days away from Opening Day 2016 at Kings Island!!

So I've been thinking... Last year I did a Countdown to Opening Day to help with the offseason blues. I've been thinking about doing it again and this time I have a better app on my phone and I now have Photoshop on my new laptop for much better and more edits that really stand out to show how many days are left until Opening Day! What do you guys think? If you don't know what I'm talking about, go to the Kings Island 2015 Discussion Thread (if it's still up, it's been a while since I've been on) and see for yourself!

I'm putting myself down as a question mark for tonight. I was planning on going but I woke up this morning feeling a little under the weather. Last time I was feeling like this and went to KI, I had a horrible experience. I didn't feel good all day at work but I couldn't be picked up till the park closed, which was at 8. I clocked out at 5 and had some time to kill before my ride picked me up. Rode Diamondback and Banshee one time apiece. The worst mistake was riding The Beast. After that I had enough. I just walked around the park and waited on my mom the rest of the time I was there. I felt miserable.
