Going alone to Kings Island
I've been by myself once. Aside from being sick that day I had a good time. It's nice to be able to do what you want.

Flight Of Fear Best Seat for most intense launch
Front seat I think is best for the launch. Overall I think the back is the best on any ride if you're looking for intensity.

Windiest ride?
I don't spend much time near Drop Tower. But if you're standing in line for Delirium near where the ride goes up (does that make sense?) it's verrrryyy windy.

Thunderstorm
Unfortunately rides do close during rain only at the park, but there are other factors that go into that. It's not completely caused by the rain. Sometimes it's caused by lighting within a certain radius, so even though you didn't see any marks on the forecast on your phone, the park has a more powerful radar that checks things like that. Ahh, that makes sense. They didn't close the water rides though. Which, with a lightening threat, shouldn't they have closed first?

Holding bins?
I just now saw this, it was on backlot.

Thunderstorm
Well I was there yesterday and they closed the rides down everytime there was a drizzle. So I guess the rides cannot operate in the rain? I was checking the forecast on my phone and it said that there was no thunderstorm threats or lightening each time. I just waited it out in line.

Thunderstorm
I'd like to know this since I'm going tomorrow... I'd assume if it's spotty they don't. Edit: I just called. They said that Soak City shuts down in heavy rain. Rides start shutting down thunder/lightning. If it begins to storm then everything is shut down, You can leave or just see a show.

Abandoned Theme Parks
Am I the only one that didn't know about The Beastie at wonderland? Same sign and everything. I always thought we had a Beastie because of The Beast. So I guess I was wrong?

Benefits of riding in the Front/Back?
Rode the back on The Beast and backlot on Monday. The Beast killed me. I've never felt it that rough. The front is much much better. Backlot actually felt worse in the back also imo.

Strange rumors you've heard
While riding the train the other day the train op was going on and on about the tram girl and was saying things like that she lives in the buildings on the train route, and haunts the train. And that she died on the bridge that the train goes over. And I'm pretty sure that's not the story.

Fast Pass Quantities
I hope they're is. Because I do think that sometimes fast line can get very annoying. I know they have a rule in place (I don't know if it's a number or percentage) of how many fast laners can get on per ride cycle which is nice. But I have seen ride ops ignore that rule. I think that hopefully they're would be some sort of rule in place, for days like memorial day, or when the park might have people who are visiting and likely to buy a Fast Lane.

Best day to visit?
I'd say Thursday or Monday.

Starting to Decode 2014
imo they're not going to be able to keep it under wraps what they're doing for much longer. When you ride Delirium you have a clear view of the entire construction site. Pretty soon, even the average people that don't spend they're spear time on KIC are going to start figuring things out.

2013 Season Updates
If were being honest the lack of seatbelts on BLSC and Flight deck kinda makes me a bit nervous

Thanks For An Awesome Event!
I have a question, can anybody from KIC go to the one for Haunt? Even though I'm only 15?
-
Can I fit in the rides?
Im 5'2 250lbs and can fit on everything but Diamondback (And I did that once).

Holding Shelves on WWC
I leave my bag that has sunscreen, extra clothes, etc on it. But I hardly ever leave anything valuable like my phone or my wallet. I always keep those with me. I do secure my cup to my bag though when I put it in the bin, that way it doesn't get switched.

Holding Shelves on WWC
When I went to the park the other day they had shelves for WWC, but they warned us that anybody could come up and steal stuff and they wouldn't be responsible. My thought was isn't that the same for the bins? Even though the bins are locked up during your ride. The person sitting 2 seats behind me could easily steal my bag from the bin without the ride ops noticing. Just a thought.

Holding bins?
My last trip the ride op told me to hold onto my souvenir cup during the ride. I haven't seen the bins, but I'll be sure to look next time.

Fighting Nausea
I hardly ever get sick, but I did go the other day and get very sick. I think it may be from riding Vortex then FoF within 20 minutes of eachother. I just took a break, got some food and watched some shows and then I felt fine. I think that the problem is when you don't have breaks between rides because there is not a real wait time. If everythings walk on you can get going to fast.

eek! Top gun!
Flight Deck was my first real ride on a coaster, and I find it a very enjoyable ride. I like how it's placement because (like The Beast) the tress and woods make it more enjoyable imo. I do have a few feelings of being unsafe on it since my restraint has unpopped a couple times. Other than that I think it's a very nice ride.

Guests Say The Darnest Things
Walking out of flightdeck a little girl pointed to the SOB station and asked her mom what it was. Her mom said "Oh that's the in line concession stand for when the Flight Deck line gets really long."
-
Holding bins?
As far as I know Backlot doesn't have bins. But it's not really that big of a deal.
-
The Most Ridiculous Thing a Ride Operator has told you.
When I was at the park Thursday the ride op would say "Flight Deck, the worlds only jet coaster."

KI says they have 14 roller coasters, I counted 13? what am I missing
Yeah, I do believe they count Surf Dog as a coaster. Though I saw somewhere (wikipedia maybe?) that they had 13 coasters. So I think maybe it's just a matter of what you consider to be a coaster.
