I hope it doesn't catch on fire

Rides aren't dumb, perhaps poorly conceived, but not dumb.

I never got to ride SOB, but when it was running, the first hill looked cool and intimidating. However, my past couple visits I've noticed an interesting trend. SOB is invisible, I see it literally, but just don't seem to acknowledge it's presence. Its kind of like forgetting you wear glasses, you know they're there, but really don't care much more about them.

I'm excited. I have to check this out. Should be able to go in May.

I've known people to get hypothermia in eighty degree weather.

Other. Just think of the countless ways money can be spent on a theme park. Why limit the option to two things that wouldn't fit in well to the park at this point?

I have never ridden the ride, but had an opportunity once to do so. I was scared at the time, and knew I would be coming to the park later that season, so I felt that my opportunity to ride SOB would come at a later date. That day was June 7, 2009. Very Unfortunate. However, in regards to other coasters of teh wooden vareity, I like them a lot, including Mean Streak.

I thought it was a good year, but it looks like I may have to lower my expections for Cedar Fair coming down the road.

Im glad for the retracking. I rode Mean Streak for the first time this year and it was a whole lot better than I thought it was going to be. It was quite comfortable (with the occasional jerk).

I was expecting worst from Mean Streak when I rode for the first time this summer, but it seemed rather timid to me and it was very enjoyable. But then again it has been worked on, so I yet to have that one traumatizing ride on a wooden roller coaster SOB was apprently notorius for.

Saturdays are very busy. I went once last year, and unfortunately it was a saturday. Diamondback, BLSC, and Cutthroat Cove in 3 hours. A few years ago, I came on a Friday, everything was walk-on at the beginning, 30 minutes at max. But it rained earlier that day, so that helped weed out the crowd a little.

We need more trees, but ironically we have enough wood.

Thats an interesting thought. They might be getting ready to talk 2013, unless they have done so already. I wonder how far into the future they plan things. What if a new ride annouced next year has already been decided on? What if our future was decided three or four years into the future and thats why SOB hasn't been taken care of yet.

I would fully support the addition of a water coaster, be the first one in Ohio.

Fright Lane. Thats a sure grab for cash. At least its limited. Fast Lane. The price is down. Bad news for a line-waiter like me. I will probably end up going--once. Its interesting that throughout this summer, I have become a whole lot less pro-Cedar Fair than I used to be.

I could see them putting up three new atrractions in the waterpark. Probably not. Perhaps three means nothing and its just for the asthesic look.

306 feet is record breaking? Any roller coaster can be record breaking nowadays. Diamondback, tallest coaster in Southeast Ohio. Leviathan tallest roller coaster in Canada. Except what other major theme parks are in Canada- none. Well, at least I wont be jealous of Canada anytime soon. I can always take the 4 hour drive to CP and ride Millenium Force.

350 feet? Is this confirmed yet? The annoucement is supposed to be tomorrow, but a seen this number pop up a couple of times now. edit: By the way I not trusting this number quite yet, seeing it pop up on wikipedia.

All the times I have ridden, I seem to get the bad shooter, but I did get 1890, when the ride broke down. My average is around 500.

Being afraid to ride anything until a several years back, it would have to be Adventure Express for me.

I'd ride it, I'd love getting dizzy. Spinning rides are my favorite type of flat ride.

Recently I heard someone say that Adventure Express led to the Son of Beast. Which makes no sense what-so-ever.
