  1. I wonder what they'll be replacing Don't Stop She Music with? P.S. 100th Post!!!!!!
  2. ^ Patrick: Hey wait, if were underwater, how can we have a fire? (fire goes out)
  3. I have noticed a shortage of glasses the last couple of times I went to Action Theater.
  4. A few weeks I ran the Diamondback 5K as part of the Run Kings Island event and I took a few photos with an okay quality camera. I also stayed at Great Wolf Lodge but I didn't take a lot of pictures over there, mainly because I didn't have a lot of time. But I did take a picture of the view from my room. "> And now onto the pictures I took during the run. First, a picture of me in my Run Kings Island Shirt. "> It was a foggy morning so all of the tall rides were almost covered in fog. Rides such as.... Drop Zone, "> The Eiffel Tower, "> Vortex, "> and Diamondback. "> I also saw a few interesting sights around Kings Island that I had never seen before. Like the Diamondback trains sitting next to the station, "> The Crypt with a closed garage like door, "> and Congo Falls halfway up the hill. "> I also took this picture of White Water Canyons estimated wait time sign and got this weird look to it. "> My favorite part was (of course) going backstage. And now, pictures I took from backstage! "> "> I realize people on this board have gone backstage before but this was new for me. "> A line of food and drink stands, something I wasn't really expecting. "> Another odd site, a ceiling fan inside of a popcorn machine. "> "> "> "> "> Halloween Haunt!!! And Now I leave you with what I thing is the dumbest thing ever to buy at Kings Island and one of the oldest scams ever. ">
  5. I always wondered what that was there for. I just figured it was ether an employees only area or a haunt building for Halloween Haunt.
  6. They said in the press conference for the WindSeeker ride that the'll be announcing all of the Halloween Haunt details next week.
  7. I really don't think it would make sense if it was in Coney Mall. Because, 1. Zephyr is right next to it, 2. I just don't think that a ride back in Coney Mall change the skyline. I may be wrong, but those are just my thoughts. Edit: ^ Just read your post. I guess Vortex is a skyline ride. But I do think the ride should belong in Action Zone.
  8. It'll be the scariest ride in the park if it drops. (Which I hope it doesn't, otherwise, I won't be able to ride it.)
  9. ^Where will you get WiFi?
  10. If I go tomorrow but I'm not in the press, will I be able to see any of the announcement? Also, where in the park will the announcement be?
  11. My biggest question for this new ride is where is it going to be? The corner in Coney Mall is neglected but I don't really think you'd be able to see it if it was back there, even if it's taller then Diamondback, seeing as all of the skyline rides are in Rivertown or Action Zone. I really hope it isn't a roller coaster but if it is I have an interesting idea on what it could be. Name: Twister. The ride would start out with a launch and would be kind of like BLSC on a sugar rush. So there'd be some small hills, turns, etc, like BLSC, but somewhat more extreme, for about a minute or two. But the name Twister would come from the rides finale, which could be compared to The Beast's finale. It is a helix but it would be higher than Diamondback (as stated) and would be about as tight as the helix's for Diamondback or BLSC, but going downwards. Along with that "Twister Helix" your car would be spinning like in a wild mouse coaster. I don't know if this type of ride is even possible because I've only done it in Thrilville: off the rails for my Xbox 360. But I'm leaning more towards that Starflyer ride, even though I can just tell that the line will move as slow or slower than Firehawk's line if they do what it shows in the video and only let ten people on at a time. I expect the ride, whatever it is, to be in Action Zone, seeing as Son of Beast is closed, and as Rivertown got Diamondback.
  12. I was hoping that way too much tv would come back. I love watching it! Also, will the new show have a different genre of music or country music again?
  13. I agree with purplehaze. I hate demented clowns and dolls. If there was a doll themed maze I would stay at least 50 Feet away from it at all times, and it will probably be a while before I go through carnevil. Of course, I haven't even been to Halloween Haunt before. But I shall go soon!
  14. What I think would be a cool idea wold be a maze/ scarezone with demented fairytale creatures. (I realize this has been done at other parks but I would like to see it at Halloween Haunt.)
  15. I don't know much about paint but my best guess is because paint doesn't stay on foam well.
  16. I wanted to ride it but I never got around to doing it.
  17. Though don't be surprised if there are a lot of stationary figures though. The park (unfortunately) doesn't really pay attention to the effects in the ride. Also, the 3 year old and the 5 year old will love Planet Snoopy.
  18. i just got home from Kings Island and NONE of the effects were working. The bird in the graveyard wasn't even flapping it's wings.
  19. ^Welcome To KICentral! I'll be doing the 5K and spending the night before at GWL.
  20. I voted coney mall. I sometimes do spend entire days in there!
  21. I don't think that this is at Kings Island.
  22. When you think about it, whenever they say a nickelodeon area, they really mean a nicktoons (the channel)/ nick jr. land.
  23. ^^/ ^ Clearly you are much more braver than me.
  24. Well I'd only want to ride it when it's not pitch black as I don't really want to go upside down when I don't expect it, and I like to know what's going to happen a ride, which is why I watch as many POV's as I can of all roller coasters.
