My guess is that they think they have a world class park and a portable piece of junk sitting there didn't fit that description.

When Flight of Fear had over the shoulder restraints it was like going a round with Mike Tyson. The first time I got on it I had some of the padding stuck to the side of my head when I got off it.

I think Vortex is next for needing painted. I think it was painted around 2003 or 2004.

It wasn't just the shuffle there was some jackhammer action after the loop that caused what we called then was brain damage. It was like riding something down the center of a railroad track with no suspension. This was cause by inadequate supports and when you went over a support it was like riding over a railroad tie. It also had random places that would make your spine tingle.

From what I have heard you are lucky this site is still here. I would guess the mods are so sick of hearing it that they don't care anymore. How do you feel about the park telling you what you can and can't talk about?

Carowinds security will tail you throughout the park most of the day no matter what you have on. I think if you would come to a sudden stop they would run their face halfway up your back side.

I don't recall an announcement ever happening on a weekend so I know it will not be on them two days. I agree that somebody will probably be losing a job Wednesday.

I don't think it's going to sit there for more years. I think you will hear whats going to happen on a Wednesday at 11AM.

I remember a woman died after suffering a heart attack during her ride on the Top Gun. If I remember correctly she was around 34 and they said she had a history of high blood pressure. Also no one will be pronounced dead in the park and that is why no one dies there.

I always had more trouble getting in than I did getting out.
