The maintance Cedar Point does on all rides is the best in the state if not the USA. Most rides at the park havent had any major breakdowns(not counting Top Thrill) do to bad maintance. Most rides at the park have been down do to parts going bad or an accident. Force broke down before either 06 or 07's Coastermania. The replacement part for the coaster which came from a company in Ohio went bad. The day of Coastermania, Intamin flew in a guy with the part in hand to fix the coaster. The part for the coaster was for the lifthill. I beleave it was the gear for the lift. I know im going to Coastermania even if Force isnt going.

Cables get old. Its a weather thing if its out in the weather like it is for too long. I know that Dragster did the same thing when it launched the car sending metal flying into the first 2 rows hitting people. Its better for it to happen now then for it to happen when it gets real busy in the summer.

you know the link to it cause it sounds like nudy day at that park where the nudist come to play. I dont know the link. I never heard of that day. I dont live in the UK, so anything i hear about Alton Towers is from here or other places. I never hear about Pride Day online at any of the parks here in Ohio. Its like if it is at the park you are going to then it is. I think the only ones who hear about any events like Pride Day or Nude Day is the ones who are going to it.

I beleave that Alton Towers did a record breaking coaster ride that didnt go to well with alot of people. It was a coaster ride where the riders were naked all the way. They had a full train and the park was closed to the public, but the story found its way on the net. Its not a joke either. Lol.

The reason Cedar Point is the way they are is due to the main office being right at the park and that the big shots of Cedar Fair walk the park daily. I know i seen Dick K. a few times. I know that at CoasterMania every year, we have a Q&A with a few of the big shots of Cedar Fair. Dick K. also goes to it alot of he isnt busy. I know that they took a few of the problems that was said to them in private. They just told them i would like to talk in private. Alot of people at CoasterMania found this to be the way to get to the bottom of a issue. That and with the big shots of Cedar Fair being at the Q&A, its a good way to get ERT on a coaster. Lol.

Good for them! I hope they waited and met the line jumpers in the station of the ride. Make them wait as long as possible and throw them out! If they keep that up, people will learn pretty quick not to line jump there. Kings Island needs to get their act together and do the same thing. Maybe people that spit can go right along with them. Cedar Point also has cops that have guns too. I had to deal with line jumpers that felt the need to try to do something about me saying something to them. I just tell them that if you was to lay a hand on me that by all laws i can fight back and you can get halled off to jail for throwing the first punch. That and if you tryed to lie and say something different that the people in line can go against you. It dont matter if its one or a group. They can be sent to jail. I know that Cedar Point isnt happy with the way Kings Island did the 09 Platinum Passes. I know that i had to redo mine when i went to Cedar Point cause i couldnt get in the park. I got a new one for free so i was happy. I know most was mad about it but its not Cedar Point's fault.

We use to have a indoor kart place in Columbus, Ohio called Speeds. The fastest they went was 47 mph. Had to wear helmets on them though for safety. It had over 10 turns.

Man, did I ever see a big wreck last Saturday. First the guy/girl, can't remember which one, got spun and then immediately got slammed into. No ejections resulted though. I love how there's a four strikes and you're out policy, I say two strikes and you're out...or...call me crazy...three. A lot of times I'll sit there on the bench near SkyFlyer and "call" the race. I'm a fan of racing, what can I say. I've never done anything as crazy as after the race interviews or anything like that...yet. If someone ever slammed into me on purpose, they would either find themselves spun out at some point, or find themselves smashed or slammed into the back of at the end like they do in the pros. I'd probably exchange some not so nice words with them afterwards, but try not to get physical or anything. I've never been on Thunder Alley myself. I've always thought it would be neat but I'm not sure if those little cars are much accomodating to a person of my size. Guess it wouldn't hurt to try sometime, I love the thrill of the race. Just do what the Nascar guys do. Throw your helmet at them or flip them the birdy. Lol. I have had troubles racing on Thunder Alley. I try to be the first car out so i dont get hit. The track reminds me of Bristol Motor Speedway. Stay close to the wall to win. Go high and get passed. I know that the way most race on the track, im surprised that i havent heard of any bad injurys. The 2 Magic Mountain Fun Centers in Columbus, Ohio has signs posted that wreckless driving can result in being kicked off the track and or a misdemeanor. In 2000 i was hit by a adult guy while i was stopped on the track at one of the Fun Centers for a wreck on the track. And i got whiplash. He nailed the back of my kart since he didnt feel the need to stop for the wreck. He thought it was funny. The guy was kicked off the track for life since he was at fault and he had to pay for my med. bill for the ER. He was lucky that my whiplash got better with in a few days. I been riding on go karts since i was 16 and that was the only hard hit i took. Kings Island's track depending on the ops will stop the cars and start yelling at the drivers at fault. I have seen them run the karts at Kings Island in the rain.

I was waiting on the single rider line passes to come up and seen 2 guys who was together try to use the single rider line. The worker doing the line said no because they wasnt single riders after telling the worker they was together and the 2 guys left. The wait time for the main ride line was 35 mins then. I only use the single rider line if i am alone.

When it was X-Flight at Geauga Lake, the line for it was long at times.

If they did that then the ride would be more worse and they would have to put the heavy trains back on. Not sure if the inspectors would love that idea. I havent rode it in a while. Its not worth the wait anymore if its past 30 mins.

They could always give the loop away in a drawing. Lol.

I will be going to Cedar Point on Sunday the 17th with my cousin.

Just charge the same price to do that like they do to dry off over by the white water rafting ride. Its 5.00 for 3 1/2 mins. Lol.

10 mins. I did the single rider line. This was when the wait was 45 mins for the main line.

Well, just do like all the other people do that go to themeparks. Sue for 25 million dollars over a small thing. Lol. By the way a bee sting isnt a small thing. Just making point on what i see on the net. I noticed that they didnt have to take out King Cobra to put in something as small as Delirium. Cedar Point put MaxAir in a small spot and just moved a few things around. MaxAir is just like Delirium. Only MaxAir is a few feet taller when it swings. I also noticed that if you stand next to Drop Tower you can feel the air hitting you as the ride is coming down from the drop.

The accident settlement wasnt posted anywhere that i know of on the net or it wasnt said on the news. Unless i missed it.

This kinda makes me wonder if Six Flags even contacted the insurance company on helping them rebuild the park. And for them to sign that long of a deal was dumb and crazy. And Six Flags is looking to loose more money due to that accident at SFKK. That could be 6 to 7 digits.

One company that use to rent out KI for a day is The Limited. I am not sure if that is who is doing it this year. But a lady i worked with said that her mom worked for them and rented out KI all the time. I know that when SpritSong rolls in the park has an added 10,000 to 15,000 extra people in it anight up to the main 7 pm concert time. After they all go to TimberWolf the rest of the park seems empty.

Cedar Point has the most gift shops apparel wise that i seen at a park that i have been to.

For me it it TTD. But the tallest and fastest in the world is Kingda Ka at 456 feet tall and does 128 mph. Its at SixFlags Great Adventure in NJ.

1 million for a hit on the head from a basketball? Its hard to tell if they are really doing this for money since the price of the suit went up alot later on. So this means that if i drop a bowling ball on my foot even though its my ball i can sue the bowling alley for 1 million then? Lol. This kinda reminds me of the gum chewing thing on the coaster at a Cedar Fair park where the parent tryed to sue the park blaming them for not having a sign up saying no gum on rides. Even though it does say on all signs no food or drinks on this ride.
