Run straight towards Son of Beast!!!!! That way, I won't have to fight with you to get my ride!!!! LOL Really though, looks like it will be over just around the bend from Runaway Reptar Between that, and the Crypt. If they put the path back in around the splahdown, it may be quicker to go that way... Who knows though. I don't think the start of the line has ever been formally announced yet.

my rollercoaster knowledge is limited to a TV show called "Build it Bigger" On there a host followed construction on both Griffon, and Renegade. Renegade was built in Minnesota, I think. Somewhere cold anyways. They had to use torches to help clear the ice to work around the footers, and they did get to a point where the wood was so cold that thy could not drive a nail through it. the nails just bent over every time they tried. So construction had to be stopped for the day until the cold spell snapped. Now I dont know about steel. I know its not as "moody" as wood is about the weather. I have been a professional wood worker for the last 15 years, and I can tell you, wood will shrink and swell A LOT depending on the weather. high humidity causes it to swell up, in the summer, I can have something finished, leave it for the day, come back in the moring and it would be 1/16 of an inch thicker sometimes. Thats on a small scale project too. Lords knows how much change in the big projects

I remember riding The Racer when it just had a bench seat, and a fold down restraint.....reminds me of the little bar you get to hold on to when you ride the scrambler. No seat belts, or pinch you lap into submission bar. It was a lot more fun then, seemed way more out of control.

It very well may be. But, If there is a path worn through from others doing it before you, and the staff does nothing to try and stop it from happening, then why wouldn't the kids do it? It is also against the rules to bring in drinks, but LOTS of people do it.
