Hauntguy you keep forgetting unless it's for FearFest PKI isnt gonna get a scary attraction SDATHC is something great both kids and adults love scooby you may think it's a poor attraction but you may be the only that thinks that a lot of people like it I love the it I like the feeling it gives me I feel like Iam in a scooby-doo cartoon.Now if you want something creepy & spooky I hear one of the paramount parks is in the design phase on a addams family attraction of course thats just a wild rumor spreading like a wildfire.

I think USF will get rid of it for something else Nick-ish but it would be nice to have Nick here in ohio I guess.

Pleasure railway– Built in the late 1800's until the 1920's or 30's, these were the grandparents of today’s darkride. They may have simulated travel via automobile, boat, or balloon, or a ride in a mine. Others had been used to present amusing, historic or informational displays Traditional darkride– The ride uses single ride cars, long dark passages with “gags†or “tricks†consisting of the simple manikins and pop up monsters. Lighting in these rides is likely to be spot lights or black-lights triggered by the approaching ride car. These may have been constructed by on of the well know ride builders during the "Golden Age" of darkrides or they may have been built or remodeled by the parks themselves. Modern darkride- This darkride is generally more illuminated than a traditional ride. The long totally dark passages are gone. Many use continual scenery throughout as opposed to “pop up†gags or unrelated scenes. A theme or story line ties the scenes together. These rides are generally not as scary as a traditional ride. I see what ya mean I miss the HB characters but really I dont mind the changes because things change if I wanted to see HB so badly I would go to Universal in Orlando but if they ever put in McDonalds in PKI you can bet your top dollar I would never eat there.

No they dont dark rides rock they are a lotta fun I like because I got family that cant ride coasters heck bring the Addams Family Paramount Parks.

The setup for FearFest is a long one most of you have no clue how much time goes into planning FearFest.But yes the park is closed in sept because of parties and get-togethers.
