Yeah I know but apparently I'm not sick from what the local forum DR says. Other people are getting tests no problem but this is the first massive outbreak for our county and its all from that house she works at.

Girl at my work just tested positve, was working with her yesterday. She has a side job in an assisted living home. There is a massive outbreak in that home, we are not allowed to work for 14 days unless we get a test and pass. However no one wants to test us, even though we are exposed. This just shows that "anyone" can't get a test.

What about all those jobs that the park will provide? What about all the money the park could make versus being closed? You seem like your pretty entitled, I mean you did post you would violate what your state says to go to Kings Island so you must not truly not care about anything but yourself. Ya cause the Covid-19 symptoms are so different from the cold or flu huh? Kinda weird too how flu deaths have been low this year. You can keep sacrificing your freedoms, but I will not. I'm not a sheep believing everything the media says. Especially when they are posting fake reports and have been for years. When enthusiasts* become professionals about a disease that not even our top "officials" know truly what it is... A lot of bickering in this thread and a lot of one sided minds it seems. If someone says they disagree with the stay at home order then immediately someone chimes in "Orion and parks can wait!" this isn't about parks. Why are they openly coming out and saying that they are being encouraged to put Covid-19 on death certificates for people that have not been diagnosed? Something about that don't seem fishy? Or the fact that Dewine and Mrs. Actons projected #'s are not even close to what they said? Kinda seems like they are inflating the #'s as much as possible to me. I think some people need to wake up to whats actually going on, yes this is real and people are dying, but how much more are we willing to go through for this? Lets just give them more power to scare us...

I'm not trying to be selfish at all by saying this, I do care about the lives lost and those affected. However how many more freedoms are we truly willing to sacrifice for this virus? KI is not even in my window of worries I can go without a season if it comes to that, but what about everything else?

My job is essential. No cause I don't need it but what about independent contractors?? I don't imagine they are covered.

Good lord when did everyone become an expert on this situation? The people are doing what they can, life will go on. So many people making comparisons, and showing graphs on something hardly ANYONE knows about. Let the scientists and doctors get the data they need. The #'s are nowhere near accurate at the moment anyway. Also the ones worried about a amusement park opening right now kind of disgust me, it's disappointing but get over it we got bigger problems. Stay home unless its essential.
